Privacy policy
Cloud Paradigm Pty Ltd (ABN 27 664 436 882) ("we", "us") is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, where it is kept and how to contact us about it. What we collect
When you book an Opportunity Review or use the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, work email address, organisation, role, the platform you want to discuss, an approximate user count, your message and any preferred times. We ask you not to include personal information about residents, owners, parents, students or staff in a message.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records the technical details of the request (IP address, browser type, pages requested and timing) in the ordinary course of serving and protecting the site. We use cookieless, aggregated web analytics that do not identify individuals and set no tracking cookies.
When you submit a form, an anti-spam check runs in your browser and may collect limited device and interaction signals to decide whether the submission is automated.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct an Opportunity Review, prepare the findings note we promise you, keep a record of what was sent to us, limit abuse of our forms, and understand in aggregate how the site is used. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept and who handles it
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted in Sydney, Australia, and are emailed to us and acknowledged to you by a transactional email service. The site is delivered and protected by a content delivery and security network. These providers process the information on our behalf under their own security commitments; the email service and the delivery network may process data outside Australia in the course of providing their services.
Only Cloud Paradigm principals have access to submissions. Access to the database is restricted to our own systems; nothing is readable from the public internet.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our records, and then deleted. Request records used to limit abuse of our forms are deleted after a short period.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@cloudparadigm.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address and the date above updated.
