Who should book one
A director or manager who owns a platform budget, or a group of users, and suspects that people are working around the system rather than with it. In a council, a strata business, a school, a health or housing provider, or any organisation with a data-to-the-right-hands problem.

- Which platform, and roughly how many people hold a licence
- What those people do in it most, and what they avoid
- Where the phone calls, emails and spreadsheets appear around it
- Which customers, residents, owners or parents it touches
- What change has been proposed before, and why it stalled
What you get
Within five business days, a one-page findings note:
- The three journeys most worth proving, and why
- An indicative cost of the status quo
- A recommended next step, which may be to do nothing
