See it working in two weeks. Run it on a platform you own in twelve.
AppProof separates the decision from the investment. A Sprint proves the journey with a working prototype and a business case for a fixed fee. A Build delivers the production version in your accounts. Care keeps it running. Each stage is decided on its own.
Prices are in Australian dollars, excluding GST, and apply to the scope described. Every stage is a fixed fee with a defined outcome. The Opportunity Review that comes before all of this is free.
AppProof Sprint
Paid discovery by prototype. The output is a rich working prototype and a business case; the outcome is a go, modify or stop decision by your sponsor. You own the prototype artefacts and the business case. Delivered remotely anywhere in Australia; on-site demonstration by arrangement.
Sprint Lite
One journey, proven. Sized to be approved on a single manager’s delegation.
- One core user journey, web and mobile-responsive
- A demonstration session
- A one-page value summary
Sprint
A rich working prototype and the business case to go with it.
- Three to five user journeys, web and mobile
- A dashboard and an AI assistant over the prototype’s data
- A demonstration session with your sponsor and stakeholders
- A business case with an indicative production estimate
Sprint Plus
Sprint, plus the readiness work your IT team will ask for.
- Everything in Sprint
- An IT-readiness workshop
- An integration feasibility review of your line-of-business system
- A security and identity position paper
- A production estimate with a confidence range
The Sprint fee is credited in full
Sign an AppProof Build within 60 days of the demonstration and 100% of the Sprint fee comes off the Build price.
AppProof Build
Offered only after a Sprint. The prototype is retired as code; the production application is built from a hardened Cloud Paradigm scaffold. Core and Integrated builds run on a lean managed stack in your own accounts. Enterprise builds run in your Azure or AWS tenancy. In every case you hold the accounts and pay the platform directly.
Build Core
Internal or staff-facing applications on a lean managed stack in your accounts.
- Cloudflare or Vercel with Supabase Postgres and Auth, Sydney region, provisioned in your name
- Single sign-on to Entra ID or Google Workspace for staff
- One data source or read-only integration
- Dashboard, monitoring, infrastructure as code and automated deployment
- 30-day warranty
Build Integrated
Customer-facing applications connected to the system you already run.
- Everything in Build Core
- External identity with multi-factor authentication for residents, owners or parents
- One two-way integration with your line-of-business system, such as TechnologyOne, Civica or StrataMax
- An AI assistant over your own data
- Edge firewall and access policies, alerting and runbooks
- 60-day warranty
Build Enterprise
Delivered into your own Azure or AWS tenancy when classification, assurance or integration depth demand it.
- Multiple integrations and high availability
- Essential Eight and ISM-aligned controls, IRAP-assessed regions
- Data classification and privacy impact documentation
- Penetration test coordination and handover to your IT team
- 90-day warranty
Build Integrated and Build Enterprise are quoted after the integration feasibility review in Sprint Plus, so the price reflects what your line-of-business system can actually expose. Where no API exists, an export-based approach is priced instead. Read the platform position.
AppProof Care
A flat monthly retainer rather than a percentage of the build, so it sits as an operating line your finance team can approve. Delivered by the architects who built the solution, not a separate service desk.
Care Core
Care Integrated
Care Enterprise
- Monitoring and alerting, with a response when something changes
- Dependency and platform updates
- Minor enhancements up to an agreed monthly hour cap
- A quarterly review of usage, cost and the next most valuable change
What you own at every stage
After the Sprint
The prototype artefacts, the demonstration recording and the business case. The prototype is a decision tool; it is not the first 80% of the product, and we say so in the proposal.
After the Build
The accounts, the code in a Git repository, the infrastructure as code, the documentation and the runbooks. Cloud Paradigm is a team member in your accounts, not the owner of them.
Under Care
Everything above, kept current. If you ever move on, the application is standard Postgres and a standard web framework, and it ports to Azure or AWS.
Not sure which journey to start with?
That is what the free Opportunity Review is for. It tells you what is worth proving before you commit to a Sprint.
