Cloud Paradigm Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned consultancy based in Adelaide and working with organisations in every state and territory. We find the journeys worth proving, prove them, and then build and support the production version on platforms our clients own.
How we work
Remote first, national by default
Reviews, Sprints and Builds are delivered remotely to any Australian organisation. On-site workshops and demonstrations are arranged when a client wants them and priced separately.
Deliberately small
We run one Build and one Sprint at a time, with an associate developer for scaffold work. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed duration, and the people you met at the start are the people who deliver.
Australian data, Australian hours
Production data sits at rest in Sydney. Support is in Australian business hours. Accounts, code and documentation belong to the client from day one.
The people
Reid Purvis
Reid designs and delivers every AppProof engagement. He spent more than twelve years at Microsoft before founding Cloud Paradigm, and brings an architect's view to the work: identity, security baselines, data placement and cost governance come first, on whichever platform a build lands. He is the person on the other end of the phone after go-live.
Paul Bristow
Paul shapes how Cloud Paradigm's work is described and sold. The line Complex systems. Simple answers., the decision to lead with the need rather than the technology, and the Opportunity Review are his. He brings the business sponsor's view to every engagement: what the people using a platform actually need, and what is worth proving before anyone spends on change.
